Shipping Policy

1. U.S. Shipping (3-5 Day)

• Ships to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii
• PO Boxes accepted
• Signature confirmation may be required for orders exceeding $500
• Tracking number provided via email upon dispatch
• Orders under $200: $11.85 flat shipping fee

2. Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Same-day or next business day processing
• Bulk Orders (10+ items): May require 1-2 additional business days for preparation and quality checks
• Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM through Sunday will ship Monday (or next business day)
• Peak Periods: During promotional events, processing may be extended by 1 business day

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

3. Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Research peptides are sensitive biological materials that require proper handling throughout the shipping process:

• Cold Packs: All shipments include gel ice packs to maintain 2-8°C during transit
• Insulated Packaging: Foam-insulated boxes prevent temperature fluctuation
• Summer Months: Additional ice packs and dry ice options available during warm weather
• 3-5 Day Delivery: Fast transit minimises time in transit to preserve product integrity

Important: Refrigerate products immediately upon delivery at 2-8°C. For long-term storage, -20°C is recommended. Failure to store properly after delivery voids any return or quality claim.

4. Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking visibility:

• Tracking number sent via email upon dispatch
• Real-time status updates through the carrier’s website
• Delivery confirmation notification via email
• For any tracking issues, use our contact form with your order number

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we’re here to help:

• Lost Packages: Contact us if your package has not arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation and, if confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no charge.
• Damaged Packages: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. See our Refund Policy for full details on the claims process.
• Shipping insurance is included on all orders over $200

6. Address Requirements

To ensure timely and accurate delivery:

• Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Address changes after dispatch may not be possible depending on the carrier
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

7. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions:

• We ship to the United States only
• Orders from outside the United States cannot be processed
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that research peptide importation is permitted in their state
• Orders flagged by our compliance team may be delayed for additional verification
• We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion
